BRANDS
  • Monday 1st September, BBC3 9PM THE HUMAN TISSUE SQUAD Last year I moved to Liverpool for 6 months to  be the shooting producer on a two part documentary series following the NHS team who take parts from deceased donors to be used in transplants. Episode one can be seen here.

  • LADIES COME FIRST UPDATE! The Daily Mail picked up on the ASOS range AND the Campaign. Read it here.

  • RETURN OF THE RUDEBOY

I dropped in to see the Return of the Rudeboy exhibition at Somerset House today.  This is an exhibition definitely worth catching. Lovely portraits of people with awesome, awesome style. Loved it.

  • HOLLOWAY SMITH NOIR FOR ASOS

As part of my ongoing collaboration with the Mistresses of Tease-wear: Holloway Smith Noir, I have spent the last month shooting and editing together online video content of their beautiful new GIGI NOIR range designed for ASOS.  AND THERE’S MORE! In addition to the range, the girls and I have been producing a VLOG for the launch of their social and sexual responsibility campaign Ladies Come First.

I’m really excited about this collaboration, and we’re aiming to make this a worldwide campaign.

  • TECHNOLOGY & TEAMWORK MUSIC VIDEO

It’s been a really amazing 48 hours prepping and 1st AD’ing on Technology & Teamwork’s first music video.  Technology and Teamwork are made up of Anthony Sylvester (XX Teens) and Sarah Jones (Hot Chip). A really inspiring and lovely day.

  • This week I learnt who Robert Ashley is / was….

  • SEEN IT ALL AND THEN SOME…

We’re just over half way through filming 2 x 60” observational documentaries for BBC3, where we uncover the mind-blowing world of tissue donation.

We’re shooting on the PMW200, which although lovely, cannot live up to the quality of my 7D with a 50mm prime lens.

  • A LITTLE SOMETHING ON THE SIDE…

Sometimes it’s those little side projects that really ignite your creativity. I’ve been filming a lot with the luxury tease wear brand Holloway Smith Noir this month. Our creative collaborations are hopefully set to continue. Here’s a sneak preview of an online film I’ve been making for them.

  • BACK TO BLACK

I’ve just begun work as the Shooting Producer on a really exciting documentary 2-parter for BBC3.  Working closely with Producer/Director Michael Ogden we will be following the beautiful and fascinating world of our body’s life after death….

  • THE CHOIR: SING WHILE YOU WORK

Last Night I joined Gareth Malone and the rest of the Twenty Twenty production team to watch the first episode of this wonderful series.  2.6 million viewers is not too shabby at all, and it was lovely to see the first fruits of our labour.  Keep an eye out for my choir in episode 3….

  • COMING SOON!

How To Find Love Online is a documentary series presented by Dawn O’porter for Channel 4’s upcoming Mating Season.

As DV Director I followed a handful of lovely first time online daters for 2 months as they went on their quest to find something meaningful in a digital world…..it was genuinely a fascinating and heartwarming experience.
